About the Brewery
Our super modern brewhouse enables us to step mash our beers in granular detail, ensuring that all the character of the malt we need can be expressed perfectly. This technique is applied to all of our brews, and whilst it adds a huge amount to all the styles of beer that we make, it is in the pursuit of perfect lager that it really shows its worth.
This allows us to make high quality and yet highly approachable beers; no need to use excessively charred malt or to over hop to make up flavour; simply let the basic ingredients sing their best tunes, all in perfect harmony. We’re obsessed by this approach to brewing, and it is the thread that runs through everything we do. We strive to make beers for every palate and occasion, and our goal is to make them accessible, approachable and of the highest possible quality.
