Yonder – A modern Farmhouse Brewery

Founded in 2018 by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone; two brewing professionals with 20 years of craft beer experience, Yonder was created by a shared passion for flavour, fermentation and fun. The story began on a shoe-string when the duo invested everything they had to move in to their new home at Rookery Farm; a repurposed farm site which now hosts an array of independent businesses, a stones-throw from England’s smallest city; Wells. From here they started creating innovatively flavourful brews on their second-hand brew kit.
