About the brewery
We are a small brewery based in Norfolk on the Suffolk border brewing a range of core and seasonal beers that best showcase the ingredients and our skills as a modern progressive brewery. Started by a family team of Amy, Andy & Adrian Hipwell in a converted barn on the family farm we have now expanded and moved to our current site in Diss. Our bespoke brewery kit is setup to produce high quality small batch beer following our simple philosophy to produce the beer we want to drink to the best standard possible. By doing this we hope the beer speaks for itself and that you will enjoy it as much as we do.
