For this fog pale we have explored the Brecklands of Suffolk. The Brecklands encompasses sandy heathland and pine forests covering North Suffolk and South Norfolk. Prior to the plantation of Thetford Forest, this sandy land would cause sand blows across Suffolk creating overdrifts in many regions disrupting homes and farms. Overdrift is a punchy pale with citrus and tropical fruits creating a melody of deliciousness with vinous Nelson Sauvin.
