Gravity Waves was brewed with our friends from Sureshot Brewing, Manchester. This was a return collab after Edification Beckons, brewed at Sureshot in March this year. We have combined our minds and brewing expertise to create a Hazy IPA with Motueka, Elani and El Dorado CGX hops. The finished beer is full of luscious citrus notes combined with juicy pineapple and stone fruits giving waves of tropical joy.

Started production in 2017. Set up in a former farm dairy complex to create unfiltered craft beers that are usually available in keg or cans. Their wide range of craft beers are, however very tasty and many are named after various nearby fields. Sophie de Ronde has been head brewer here since 2018 and in 2020 was awarded “Brewer of the Year” by the British Guild of Beer Writers.
