Gluten Free

According to UK law, brewers can only label their beer gluten free if it contains 20 ppm or
less of gluten.
Gluten free beer can be made using malt from naturally gluten free cereals or
pseudocereals. You can also produce a beer using a gluten containing malt such as wheat,
barley or rye, but reduce the gluten content using an enzyme at the start of the
fermentation process to break down the gluten protein.
