About the Brewery
Established in 2015 by husband and wife team Noel and Maria, New Bristol Brewery has been at the heart of the Bristol beer scene since its humble beginnings.
We’re passionate, creative and inclusive in everything we do – pushing boundaries in our pursuit to brew great tasting Pales, IPAs, Sours, Stouts, Lagers as well as traditional UK styles.
Our much loved brewery and taproom is located in the heart of Bristol City Centre. We are proud to be an independent business and love our city – embracing our community, working with local charities, businesses and fellow-creatives to showcase the best of our vibrant city.
We now have a team of 10 and strive to be the best employers we can, while operating in a fair, sustainable and human driven way.
