We just can’t help ourselves from rolling out the Westies. Silver Divide comprises a malt bill of extra pale, dextrin, vienna and caramalt and a blend of classic hops loaded up in the whirlpool and dry hop for huge aromatics underpinned by an assertive bitterness. Citra, Chinook, Cascade and Amarillo bring the pithy citrus fruits, interwoven with crushed pine needles.

Started production in 2017. Set up in a former farm dairy complex to create unfiltered craft beers that are usually available in keg or cans. Their wide range of craft beers are, however very tasty and many are named after various nearby fields. Sophie de Ronde has been head brewer here since 2018 and in 2020 was awarded “Brewer of the Year” by the British Guild of Beer Writers.
