8th March saw the 10th anniversary for IWCBD and to celebrate we brewed Liquid State IPA with some good friends in the industry. We were lucky enough to have some ladies from Barth Haas join us and help with the hop choices. This beer is filled with Centennial Incognito and Columbus in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with Cashmere Lupomax, Chinook and Centennial. The final outcome is a delicious blend of West Coast Citrus and Piney goodness.

Started production in 2017. Set up in a former farm dairy complex to create unfiltered craft beers that are usually available in keg or cans. Their wide range of craft beers are, however very tasty and many are named after various nearby fields. Sophie de Ronde has been head brewer here since 2018 and in 2020 was awarded “Brewer of the Year” by the British Guild of Beer Writers.
