Lights in the Sky is a DDH West Coast Pale with a grain bill of Extra Pale, Dextrin, Vienna and Caramalt.

We whirlpooled with Chinook and BRU-1 and loaded up the dry hop with more Chinook and BRU-1 along with a good dose of Citra.

As a result we have a delicious citrus and piney pale with added juicy pineapple notes.

Description

About the Brewery

Started production in 2017. Set up in a former farm dairy complex to create unfiltered craft beers that are usually available in keg or cans. Their wide range of craft beers are, however very tasty and many are named after various nearby fields. Sophie de Ronde has been head brewer here since 2018 and in 2020 was awarded “Brewer of the Year” by the British Guild of Beer Writers.
