Golden Vista IPA 6% – Burnt Mill Brewery – 440ml

Angelo is an experienced brewer with 15 years in the industry, before that he had a great passion for craft beer, especially Vermont IPAs. Golden Vistas is an homage to some of the great beers he drank while he was there. A base of extra pale keeps it light in colour while flaked oats and dextrin add body. Eclipse and Motueka in the whirlpool give some lovely lime and mandarin notes while Eclipse, Citra and Strata in the dry hop brings big flavours of orange, tropical fruit and dank hops. Expect some peach notes from the Sanders yeast which brings it all together.
