Whilst the Finback team were in the UK for festival season, we jumped at the opportunity to get a collaboration organised with our old friends! This volume of collab is a New England IPA with Citra, Rakau and Idaho 7. We combined our classic malt bills to give a base of extra pale, flaked oats and chit for a soft mouthfeel to showcase some juicy hops. Flavours of citrus, tropical and stone fruits blend together for a truly delicious IPA.

Started production in 2017. Set up in a former farm dairy complex to create unfiltered craft beers that are usually available in keg or cans. Their wide range of craft beers are, however very tasty and many are named after various nearby fields. Sophie de Ronde has been head brewer here since 2018 and in 2020 was awarded “Brewer of the Year” by the British Guild of Beer Writers.
