This straight up imperial stout endures the ebb and flow of time bringing courage to a bleak winter. Caramel and burnt sugar on the nose lead to bittersweet chocolate, toasted bread and coffee all enveloped in a rich smooth mouthfeel. This Imperial Stout ends dry with light alcohol warmth to bring great fortitude.
ALC: 8.5% vol
Hops: Amarillo, East Kent Goldings
Grist: Best Ale, Black Malt, Dark Munich, Rye Malt, Torrefied Wheat, Melanoidin Malt, Chocolate Malt
