A solid backbone of extra pale malt, wheat and oats lays a foundation of biscuity sweetness, before our favourite hop pairing in Polly’s stalwarts Citra and Simcoe bring pineapple, honeymelon, mango and papaya juice to the table, rounding off with just a smattering of bitterness from an 80 degree whirlpool addition of Mosaic balances everything out.
