Nirvana has to be one of the most interesting breweries to emerge onto the scene recently. Based in east London, they boast of being Britain’s only brewery dedicated to producing only alcohol-free craft ales and nothing else. That certainly sets them apart from the big brewers who make alcohol-free beers alongside their usual fare; it also places them in a slightly different category to the host of 0.5% beers available in the supermarkets.

Classic Dark roasted malts take centre stage in this rich and chocolatey stout. Bold enough to pack a punch, light enough to enjoy any time of year.This Dark & Rich Stout “does what it says on the tin” and delivers a jet black liquid and a thin beige head. As you take in the aroma you’re hit with an element of dried fruit and a hint of dark chocolate. Roasted malts come in upon tasting, though not so strongly as other stouts on the market. If you have never tasted a Stout and are new to drinking alcohol free beers this is a good beer to experience a drink that is not a Lager, IPA, or Pale Ale.
