In March we had a visit from Japanese brewers, West Coast Brewing and Be Easy Brewing, so of course we made a beer. We decided to try a Mountain Pale with a soft malt bill of extra pale ale, flaked oats and a touch of crystal T50 to ease us into some big hitting hops. Whirlpooling with Chinook, Columbus and Amarillo has given us some pine and plenty of citrus fruits. We then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Citra for a real melody of tropical fruits and vinous vibes.
