BURNT MILL GREATEST HITS. Last year we collaborated with Loughran Brewers Select and Hop Revolution hop farm, NZ to create an amazing IPA, which you voted as one of our best beers. It goes without saying that we are mega excited for this rebrew! This year’s version has our classic malt bill of extra pale, oats and chit, blended Hop Revolution’s Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and their new Pacific Sunrise to give us bright vinous and gooseberry flavours melded with citrus fruits and sticky berry notes. HR hops are deliciously clean and fresh on aroma giving us the best NZ IPA we can have.

Started production in 2017. Set up in a former farm dairy complex to create unfiltered craft beers that are usually available in keg or cans. Their wide range of craft beers are, however very tasty and many are named after various nearby fields. Sophie de Ronde has been head brewer here since 2018 and in 2020 was awarded “Brewer of the Year” by the British Guild of Beer Writers.
