We have loved experimenting with single hopped West Coast IPA’s and Get The Onyx is no exception. Here we have highlighted Simcoe, a firm favourite amongst the brew team. This beer brings you piney bitterness with hints of citrus and passionfruit all rolled into one for a refreshing crisp West Coast.

Started production in 2017. Set up in a former farm dairy complex to create unfiltered craft beers that are usually available in keg or cans. Their wide range of craft beers are, however very tasty and many are named after various nearby fields. Sophie de Ronde has been head brewer here since 2018 and in 2020 was awarded “Brewer of the Year” by the British Guild of Beer Writers.
