This year we are celebrating 5 years of brewing! As a celebration we wanted to bring you a beer that represents us on our 5 year mark. Along with 5 different malts, each member of production has chosen their favourite hop. Motueka in the whirlpool gives vibrant lemon and lime flavours to run throughout while Strata, Nelson, Chinook and Mosaic are combined in the dry hop for a melody of passionfruit, gooseberry and fresh tropical fruits. Started production in 2017. Set up in a former farm dairy complex to create unfiltered craft beers that are usually available in keg or cans. Their wide range of craft beers are, however very tasty and many are named after various nearby fields. Sophie de Ronde has been head brewer here since 2018 and in 2020 was awarded “Brewer of the Year” by the British Guild of Beer Writers.
